Because of the size of the entire document, it has been split into five smaller files.  The largest files are around 5Mbytes so it will still take a while (~50 minutes for the first two files) to download them if you are connected to the internet with a modem.  The files are in Adobe Acrobat form, so if you do not have the Acrobat reader you will need to download it.
